<p>La ricerca è stata condotta con un survey somministrato a oltre 1000 marketers di tutto il mondo. Particolarmente interessante il fatto che sia possibile <a href="https://www.surveymonkey.net/results/SM-TX6SL3LR/summary/">consultare anche direttamente i risultati </a>del survey immettendo la password: &#8220;dataset&#8221;.</p>

Il <strong>content marketing</strong> è l&#8217;attività a cui viene dedicata la parte maggiore del budget. Seguito dal focus sul &#8220;<strong>Single Customer View</strong>&#8220;, vale a dire la gestione dei dati che portano <strong>una migliore conoscenza dei consumatori</strong>: dai comportamenti d&#8217;acquisto, alle loro preferenze, dalla loro storia ai canali preferiti con cui interagiscono con le aziende e acquisiscono informazioni;
La<strong> ripartizione del budget</strong> speso per il content marketing;
La produzione dei contenuti ha come scopo principale <strong>l&#8217;engagment</strong> dei potenziali clienti e dei clienti stessi;
I <strong>contenuti</strong> vengono <strong>personalizzati</strong> per comprendere al meglio il customer journey;
Perde valore l&#8217;importanza del &#8220;<strong>Programmatic Advertising</strong>&#8220;;
Crescente importanza del <strong>marketing</strong> per l&#8217;engagement dei post-millenials.
